John Driver

John Driver joined Production Solutions International in 2018 as Stimulation Field Operations Manager. Mr. Driver’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting Nitrogen, Acid, and Frac operations that include Slick Water, Crosslinked Gel, Foam Fracs, and High Visc FR Stimulations.

Mr. Driver has 12+ years of field experience servicing Oil and Gas Operators in basins all over the US. His career began in 2004 with C&J Energy Services in coil tubing and pumping services. In 2006, he moved on from CJES to BJ Services as a Frac Operator, servicing the south-central US. In 2008 Mr. Driver left BJ Services and took the opportunity to help set up and start C&J Energy Services Stimulation Department out of Robstown Texas. CJES began servicing Penn Virginia, Newfield, Chesapeake, EOG, Apache energy, and many more throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. In 2012, Mr. Driver became Operations Manager in the Oklahoma division of CJES out of Sayre, OK. Now once again, Mr. Driver has accepted an opportunity to help develop stimulation operations by joining Production Solutions International and relocating to Turkey, where he plans to continue to develop and train the most experienced local crews in the region in becoming the elite completions company.

Kevin Drews

Kevin Drews joined Production Solutions International in 2016 as Stimulation Manager. Mr. Drews provides technical and operational solutions that help generate more production while streamlining operations. He manages all aspects of well stimulation, including Hydraulic Fracturing, Acidizing and Nitrogen.

Mr. Drews has 10+ years’ experience and has operated several thousand individual operations during this time. His career began with BJ Services, learning well stimulation from the bottom up. After leaving BJ Services Mr. Drews joined the engineering firm Integrated Petroleum technologies based in Denver Colorado. There he supervised over 1,000 operations spread across all the major basins in the United States. Mr. Drews has helped E&P companies maximize productivity, streamline operations and ultimately reduce completions costs while maximizing the moneys that were spent. 

Brian Foster

Brian Foster joined Production Solutions International in 2016 as Wireline Operations Manager. Mr. Foster started his expat career with Viking International in 2010 a Wireline Field Engineer and TCP specialist. In 2012 he advanced to Wireline Operations Manager, becoming responsible for all field operations and fiscal management of the Wireline, Slickline, TCP and Cased Hole Operations in Thrace and Southeast Region of Turkey. Under his leadership, over 2000 wireline and slickline operations have been completed in Turkey to date.

Mr. Foster has 12 years’ experience in Wireline Operations both in the USA and Turkey. Prior to joining Production Solutions International, Mr. Foster was an integral part of startup and operating of the Viking International Wireline Services division located in Turkey, with additional oversight of Underbalanced Drilling and Completion Tools.

Prior to his operations in Turkey, Brian was employed by Integrated Production Services as a Wireline Engineer. He served as a Cased Hole Wireline Engineer as well as Pump Down, Coil Tubing Conveyed perforating and TCP Specialist from 2005-2010, conducting operations in Texas and Oklahoma and Kansas.

Mr. Foster is native of Enid, Oklahoma and holds a certification from O.T. Autry Technical School and numerous industry certifications. 

Serdar Yilmaz

Serdar Yılmaz joined Production Solutions International in 2016 as the Turkey - Field Manager. He manages the Workover and Heavy Equipment Operations Departments. His responsibilities include managing field operations, maintaining and development of customer relationships, building and implementing equipment maintenance schedules and the optimization of all associated procedures.  

Serdar Yılmaz has 8 years’ experience in Field Operations. Mr. Yilmaz started his career at Borusan Caterpillar of Turkey as a Technical Support Engineer, following this position he joined Viking International as a Heavy Equipment Operations Superintendent. During his tenure at Viking International he advanced from Superintendent to Regional Department Manager overseeing operations in Turkey, Europe, N. Iraq, and Georgia.

Serdar Yılmaz home town is Tatvan / Bitlis, in the East of Turkey but currently resides in Diyarbakir, Turkey. He is a member of the Mechanical Engineering Association of Turkey and holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul. 

Onur Albut

Onur Albut joined Production Solutions International in 2018 as the HSEQ Supervisor. He is responsible for building and implementing the HSEQ policies to conform with all local, industrial and international regulations. Other responsibilities include; mitigating hazardous conditions, reviewing safety procedures, circulating safety information to various departments, training of staff, and conducting all drills.

Mr. Albut has 10 years of experience. Mr. Albut started his career with Viking Geophysical in 2009 as Crew Admin / HSE Advisor. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Albut worked as an QHSE Superintendent at Viking International. During his tenure at Viking International he worked in Turkey, Albania, Romania, N. Iraq, Israel, Oman and Georgia.

He holds certifications in NEBOSH, OSHA Supervisor / Train the Trainer, 1st Level Fire Fighting Train the Trainer, Defensive driving, On and Off-Road driving Techniques Trainer.

Baran Buke

Baran Buke joined Production Solutions International in 2018 as Well Testing Manager. Baran’s main responsibility is to manage the flow back and well testing operations. He has 17 years of oilfield experience in onshore and offshore operations with much of his career spent working overseas.

His oilfield career began in 2001 with Schlumberger Well Testing Services where he worked as a field engineer conducting surface well tests, well test data acquisition, and drill stem tests onshore and offshore while being based in Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, and Algeria. During this time, he had short assignments for operational support in Malaysia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Australia and Tunisia. He lastly served as an InTouch Help Desk Engineer in Schlumberger Surface Well Testing Product Center in Clamart, France.

Later Mr. Buke, joined BP in 2009 as an Operations Assurance Site Engineer at BTC (Baku - Tbilisi - Ceyhan) pipeline pump stations in Turkey. His subsequent assignments were as a Well Test Engineer in BP’s Azerbaijan and Algeria exploration teams, Project Engineer in Midstream Cat C Projects & Modifications team in the Turkish section of the BTC pipeline and he also had a short tenure as an Operations Team Leader in BP Exploration Alaska, USA.

Baran holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

Finance and Accounting

Ozan Ulker

Ozan Ulker joined Production Solutions International in early 2016 and was appointed as Sr. Accounting Manager. His management responsibilities include area credit facilities, cash management, accounting, tax, auditing and reporting.

Mr. Ulker’s work experience includes several different industries including CFO for a public E&P company, Banking management, FMCG, Retail and Energy Trading in multinational companies, Citibank from 2004-2007, Nestle and Fiba Group from 2008-2010.

Mr. Ulker has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from Istanbul University and holds Advanced Level Certificate from Capital Market Board of Turkey.

Matt Hancock

Matthew Hancock currently serves as the Financial Controller of Production Solutions.  His responsibilities include internal and external financial reporting, internal controls, transaction handling and the development of the Dallas accounting staff.

Mr. Hancock has 13+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.  Prior to joining Production Solutions, he served as the CFO for The Mitchell Group Domestic Oilfield Service Companies, and as a Consulting Manager at Grant Thornton, LLP in its Houston, Texas Business Advisory Practice.    

Mr. Hancock holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University.   

Business Development

Louis Schwartz

Louis Schwartz joined Production Solutions International in July 2018 as Business Development Manager. His duties include company growth and service expansion, bid models and pricing agreements, and maximizing client potential. Prior to Mr. Schwartz’s career in oilfield service, he served in the US Navy as an aviation structural mechanic, working on F-14’s and other naval aircraft, serving his main tour on the USS America.

Mr. Schwartz began his career in 1988 as a field operator for the Oklahoma City based wireline company Star-Jet Services. Throughout his 30 years in oilfield service, he has held positions with several key industry companies such as Baker Atlas, Integrated Production Services, and Recon Petro Technologies. His roles have included Cased Hole Engineer, Pipe Recovery Specialist, District and Region Manager, Sales Manager, and Operations Manager.

During his career, Mr. Schwartz has held several industry certifications including Radiation safety for Oil Well loggers, pressure control, Safeland, Log Analysis from Kansas University.
